DVBE Business Opportunities

The Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) program is a California initiative that aims to increase business opportunities for disabled veterans by requiring state agencies to set a goal of awarding at least 3% of their annual contracts to certified DVBEs. This program offers disabled veteran-owned businesses a competitive edge in securing state contracts.
